·       A typical homeless child is under 5 years old.

·       One in four homeless adults has been in foster care.

    A lack of affordable housing, mental illness, and general poverty are the primary reasons for homelessness. When the temperature drops, it becomes life or death for the homeless. We are currently accepting donations that will be distributed on Valentine's Day out on the street. We are in need of blankets, new or used clothing items, non-perishable food, personal items, or money.  You can make a difference for a family that needs you. We will be distributing all donations to the homeless in Denton on Valentine's Day.
